Can I fit 55" LED TV in my e92 328 coupe??? -> Answer.!!
Hi. Everyone.
Recently I bought 55" LED TV from Costco with my e92 328xi coupe. I couldn't refuse great price tag. Once I checked out...I realized that I drove 328xi coupe today.. %$^$#$^#@%$& I called my brother in order to transport it using his SUV. But actually I didn't need him. Group of family watch this show behind my back (They drove minivan) Ended up check this out..LoL |

Yes I just recently bought 55 Inch Samsung. I originally wanted their 50 inch, but it seemed too small. So I went for the 55 inch. I went 2 times back to make sure it will fit. Thought I wasn't 100% till it actually went all the way in with the back seats folded. I have 328 sedan. I was impressed.

Modern TVs and their packaging are robust enough to deal with the box being laid on its side. Never had a problem with mine either. And yes, E90/92 trunk space is quite amazing once you fold the rear seats down!

HAHA my roommate bought the exact same TV and it just did not fit in his 'yota Camry, which he repeatedly insists is the greatest car ever. I think he kind of gets the superiority of the BMW but doesn't understand why we put up with all the "special instructions." I'm going to have to show him this

Damn BMW and their "optional" fold-down rear seats. I couldn't fit a 50" in my e90 this weekend....

I wouldn't get a car without folded seats... I use it at least 50% of the time when I transport larger items. I actually transported 8 foot baseboards with the folded seats :-)

It didn't even occur to me when I bought the car ... for pete's sake, my Honda Civic and Kia Forte both had STANDARD fold-down rear seats.

That's why it took me an extra couple months to find one, as it was only available for e90's with the cold weather package... which hardly anyone in SoCal had.

I can attest that if your seats don't fold back a 46" from Samsung will fit on the rear seats of a E90. I don't think a 47" will

You guys are so spoiled, when I was born in 1917, the Brooklyn Bridge was 24 y.o., and we used to date girls and pick them up by horse and buggy. I think somebody said a 50" tv is too small. 50"? When I was 11, our tv had a fuzzy red picture the size of a postage stamp. It was only 720i, that's all my pops could afford. When I asked him to get HBO he b**** slapped me like there was no tomorrow...
