anyone with depo blacklines, please post your pics here
hi all,
I'm debating to get the depo blacklines or the oem blacklines for my bs e90. I know the depo's are slightly darker than the oem ones, but I've seen some people who have depo's, they look almost exactly the same shade as the oem ones. Those are the ones I am wanting to buy, but are they also depo's or a different brand? for anyone who has the depo blacklines, could you please post your pics here in this thread? doesnt matter what color your car is. It will be great to see how the depo blacklines look on all colors so we can get a idea of how it will look in the color that you may have. Thanks in advance!

The shade of darkness really changes dependent upon the day. Here are some old (Pre-mod) pics of my car with DEPOs parked next to an identical JB e9x with regular black lines.

How do they perform at night time? Do they look almost black at night, and are the lights still easily visible? I'm also interested in the DEPO non-LED's, but if I have to will resort to spend more on the OE's. Thanks!

They don't look this dark in person but give an idea. I love mine.

I've talked to some other members on the forums and they say that Depo has (2) types of blacklines available. 1 is a darker smoke color and 1 is a lighter blackline color which is supposed to be more closer to the oem blackline color. can anyone confirm this is true, or does Depo only have the darker smoke color for their blacklines?

The only thing I don't like about them is that if you look at the correct angle downward when the lights are on, you can see some area where the light shines through where it's supposed to be red.

You know, I've had my mind set on getting OEM Blacklines, but these DEPO's look extremely good (and so cheap!). Anyone have SGM and DEPO's so I can see what the combination would look like?
EDIT: (besides the first post! lol #fail)

Yeah, I re-looked over the thread right after I posted and immediately facepalmed. lol
You liking yours though? I just don't have the money for OEM's right now, and $160 shipped (from the eBay seller) is looking damn good right now.
