its not my situation.... just that a co-worker i was fooling around with said "if you hit me, im gonna sue you for your bimmer" then it got me to thinking....

No. But I gave her the house, appliances and furniture. I told her to, Just leave my company and Beamer alone. After a year of being divorced. I made the right descion.

Yes. I kept my E90, but my ex got a very nice E39 525 wagon/manual/sport/premium in our divorce. That was a Unicorn Car that I still miss.

i COMPLETELY agree!!! I've actually tried to explain this logic to like 50 people that it's Bimmer (hence: Bimmian.com, Bimmerpost.com, etc.) and that a Beamer is a motorcycle... but Noooooooo.. so i've come to terms that some people just type it as beamer - which i assumed you as one of those people. **shrug**
