2 McDoubles FTW!!! Its the only thing I can hold down. I actually tossed my cookies in a McDonalds parking lot before eating 2 of them so I know they even taste good after blowing chunks.

If you pregame before the pregame with a lot of water, you won't get a hangover. Staying routinely conditioned helps out too.

The times I have a hangover, I drink a gatorade, or a full throttle and maybe eat something.

Being dehydrated is a big part of why hangovers hurt. Plenty of water, Gatorade, or whatever both before and after definitely helps.

Pho is good stuff, but any kind of soup or broth should work just as well. Some liquids, some sodium....pretty soon you will be going from "I'm never doing that again" to "make mine a double".

Its a viet dish consisting mainly of broth, noodles, and beef (sometimes chicken).

If I'm not passed out, I eat pho before I go to sleep (some are open until 5 am in my area). And I always try to drink a bottle of water before I sleep.

Funny thing is, I did all of my hardcore drinking in my undergrad years. When I was 23. But now my body just can't process the alcohol. The next day I'd feel like I came from a chemotherapy session. So the most I'd drink is couple of beers and shit load of water. Yogurt is a good thing to help the hang over tho.

Is that why Marine Infantry can run 5 miles drunk from the previous night?
