I've owned several z's and in all honesty they are a great bang for the buck. The 03's through o6's will get walked by a stock 335 especially where I live with the high altitude. From 07 on, the engine packs more hp and a twin intake
which made a big difference in the performance. I've seen 1/4 mile times as low as 13.2 bone stock at dragtimes.com, but would need to to see it in person to believe it.

Second that, I had an 05, with I,H,E and my stock 335 is faster than my S but the S2000 was great in coroners and fun to drive just not as a daily driver.

i've ran two Z's (my car is bone stock and still is), the first one was a coworker's, i started about 2-3 car lengths behind his car is fairly stock and like one user here said after 2nd gear my car just kept pulling away. The second run against a friend's friend, he saw my car and he said "i can beat it" then he goes off about all the mods he did changed his headers, etc. etc. he turns on his car and you can def hear the mods. We pull out of the lot to a red light, as soon as it was green i had a half car jump, once again after 3rd gear i kept pulling and next thing you know i'm a good 2-3 cars ahead.

I have another friend who owns a s2k pretty modded but not willing to run w/ me haha. Just an FYI the s2k are nimble but those cars full power doesnt really kick in until the VTEC kicks in which is at 7k RPMS.

Great job man.

I agree with many on here, the 350Z is a pretty nice car as is the S2000....especially at their price points.

It hits me every now and then, i love this car! i went to the twisties today. man is the car just a pleasure to drive. its a amazing machine. SSTT just creates that much more of a gap for other cars to fill aswell. thanks for the responses guys.
