Voice Command Entry Guy's Voice is Loud

Hey everyone.... I haven't used the voice entry in a few days and when I tried yesterday I noticed that the voice entry guy's voice is really really loud... is there an option somewhere to decrease the volume? I can't find it on the IDRIVE ?? Help!

As he's speaking, turn the volume down via the radio volume control button. That works with mine. That's also true with anything coming out of the speakers. If you want the bluetooth call volume down, turn it down while on a call, etc.

Happy motoring.
