sure, you can have my 10 min, but I'm not touching ur car, I'll give u instructions. I don't wanna be sued if something goes wrong, lol
but on a serious note it's really easy, you don't even have to solder, you can wrap the wires around the back of the back of the lighter. And prying open the center console is a piece of cake, it's just like the DIY says, remove the boot and pull up the trim. Since we're all in the brentwood area we could definitely get together sometime

I was thinking about doing the sunglasses holder install, too. Seems pretty convenient. Let us know how it goes.

Anyone get tint locally? Ceramic?
Solar Insulation Window Tinting, Inc. on 46th street, near Charlotte Pike, will apply ceramic. They've been in business for 30 or so years. They told me they have experience with the 'dot matrix' along the window edges. Any thoughts? What radar detectors do you guys use? Everyone says V1 but it looks kind of bulky/unattractive. |

2 kids here, 3 and 1 years old. Not a lot of free time.
Can't find much time to keep my car clean, let alone wax it. Wife and kids out of town all next week - visiting family in Maryland. Maybe after work, late next week, or weekend? Restaurant, with brightly lit parking lot? All of Cool Springs is brightly lit; I think you can see it from space. |

Wow I haven't checked this page in a long time. Parachute, no I've never gotten so much as a look from anyone for having 20%. I've seen MUCH darker than mine.
I'm looking into getting the Europassion hartge rep lip, and was wondering if anyone has had any experience getting anything painted around here. I'm in Hendersonville, but anywhere in Mid TN is fine. Thanks

I'm in Murfreesboro but work in Nashville. A get together would be great. I'm thinking of Zaino or Klasse but want to see the finished product first.
Alpine, the best body shop around here is Vogley & Todd, they did a perfect match on the rear bumper of my E46 and they're the only one's I know of that are recommended by the local dealer. Bradshaw's is also VERY good. |

lol, no not road trippin. A couple of my friends go to MTSU, so whenever I want to feel young and go to college parties I stop by.
the speed trap thing is basically another radar detector, my ex- girlfriend got it for me. I'm surprised how well it works, even though it's not a valentine1 or one of the popular ones it does a very good job.

Parachute, that plate rocks. I'll look for you on 65 - you work downtown?
What subdivision is that? I'm in Brookfield, off Concord Pass, east of Governor's Club off Concord. Where did you go for tint? Ceramic? |

I'm in your neck of the woods, Parachute. My kids go to preschool/daycare at the YMCA/church at the corner of Crockett and Wilson. I get gas at that station on the corner of Wilson and Concord. I'm surprised I haven't seen you there; I stop there every morning for shitty coffee.
Driving Sunset to Ragsdale to Splitlog to Wilson, back way to Cool Springs from my house, is lots of fun in the e90 - check it out if you haven't. Lots of twisties. You commute downtown? Tinting done here in town? |
