Best way to integrate my iphone 4?

Guys, newbie here, so be gentle. My bluetooth works great with my iphone. Couldn't be happier. I noticed I have an Aux in my glovebox but no USB. What is the best way to integrate my iphone 4 so that it charges AND I can control it. Does the iphone 4 cradle from the dealer include the USB?

You can start reading by typing "iPhone" in the search function... this has been discussed ad nauseam.

Depends on how much you want to spend, really. People have taken their dash apart to put in a second DC outlet in the glove box. People have also installed an aftermarket iPod adapter into their cars. and the simplest is that you get an FM transmitter and charger. The choice is yours.

FM transmitter are craaaaap sound quality so don't even waste your time. Integration with the car plus a charging stand requires a good money. Just get a in car charger and hookup to your aux in. Downfall you gotta control from your phone but you are getting the best sound quality possible, make sure your phone gain (volume) isn't maxed out, 80% I find best to prevent distortion.
