Purpose: Charity EuroCar Show/Meet


Time: Doors open at 1PM


Show cars: Pre-Register Only! Details will be released soon.


Gift bags will be given to Show car attendees which will contain sponsored goodies (Items TBA), Free drink/food voucher and Etc.. Show cars will be charged a fee to enter show area. Fees will be collected VIA paypal. Amount of giveaways in gift bag will surpass fee big-time.


Trophies are still being decided and top awards will come with high value sponsored items. All items are TBA EX. Coupons to sponsor websites and physical products day of.


Coding for BMW cars via GT1. Prices are regulated. Ex. DRL off


Top notch Dent Removal Company on site which we will regulate prices and keep your cars dent free at a very low cost.


On site Wheel Repair/Refinishing company to repair wheels with any type of damages. All work will be done on site. Prices are regulated.


There will be a "SHOP" Tent are where Sponsor branded items can be purchased.


There will be a large location just for Raffles. We are raffeling away some amazing items. Very high value and setting tickets at awesome prices. $5 each ticket OR 5 for $20. Some items are well over $1,000 in value!!


There will be a "Food court", Prices are as follows: Ham/cheeseburgers $2 Hotdog $1 Any drinks $1 . If you are showing a car your will recieve a free voucher for all items.


There will be Official Sponsored Caravans from major cities. These caravans will be well organized and sponsored by Eurowerkz. Once in a caravan you will have two Clearly defined guide cars to keep the pack intact. They will be keeping in contact via walkie-talkie and keep you out of tickets. You will receive print outs of your route and local gas stations. You also receive preferred parking once you arrive at the show (DIBS).


Truth is that's all I can say right now. There is only so many things set in stone. I along with the Eurowerkz Team worked on this show every day for the past few months. We eat breath and dream Eurofest. We will be looking for the support of our fellow members to make Eurofest a truly epic event. Promoting on over 35 Euro based forums we are looking to get tons of Show cars and a large amount of Meet cars. Again we are attracting cars from the entire east coast. Our goal is to combine the BMW, VW, Audi, Mercedes, Mini, & Porsche community into one location. It's all about having a great time and doing it for a amazing charity.

I think its $10 to enter your car, or $5 to spectate. Definitely not the best wording eitherway in the advertisement.

I guess anyone should plan on $10 just in case.
