I don't know what your waiting for... Procede is the best for the n55 at the moment even with out this new update.

I did not touch anything on the procede settings... I left it as is and have had no issues at all. My car gets beat on pretty bad. I run map 2 perfect.

If you guys messed with the setting that can be the cause of the issue.

I'm running hp filter, AR dp with v5. Car runs great.

Shiv already told us that the car is cutting fuel.

Its not that some have changed settings.. I myself have not changed anything.. I haven't even connected the procede to my laptop (due to the connection keeps failing) So mine is running completely as is...

My car stock:drop in filter & procede. and Bammm limp mode...

I had the same failing issue and i called Robert and he explained that i needed to have my laptop running on high performance and connected to a powersource.. After i did that, no issues with connection.

Try resetting your auto tune settings for the map your using and see if it makes a difference.

I seriously have no complaints.

I've never had a limp mode with my N55 and I was one of the first to get it.

what the shit... does that mean we have to dail the boost down 1psi like shiv mentioned before to N54 owners? I think he also mentioned that the misfires was caused by bad or poorly designed oil catch cans. Do you guys have any OCC installed?

Wow, when did this come to light, I must have missed something?! Has Shiv addressed this anywhere in a thread? I was really considering a Procede but I had limp mode problems on my last car and there's no way I'm going through that s#%t again. Hope this gets resolved quickly. On my former GTI it was as simple as the car not liking ethanol in the gas after the upgrades, but it took forever to figure it out.

I installed my Procede this past weekend. Not beating on her too hard during my commute but so far so good. Hope to get some better drive time this coming weekend so I can really open her up. Seems like autotuning has done it's thing and boost/power has crept up through the first few days. Keeping my fingers crossed... Going to order the serial<->usb cable today just in case though. Very happy with everything thus far!

Yes, I believe this will be solved by a new patch cable that is due to to be shipping (as I understand it) in the next week or so. This should get around the fuel issues under higher boost that folks have been running into. The temp solution is to manually dial down 1psi if you experience the issue in the interim.

What does the new patch cable accomplish exactly? Is there any more info on it? I just received my unit, and was planning on installing this weekend. Now I am wondering if it came with the cable, and/or if I should wait.
