any dealers that still give loaners for an oil change?

Roxbury used to drop off a loaner and then swap it back after an oil change. No more. Springfield is refusing to even give a loaner for an oil change. Anyone else in the area that does that? I just really don't want to spend an 1-1.5 hrs waiting for it to get done..

thanks!

Park Ave BMW..
Last time i went in for an oil change i dropped the car off in the morning, got my loaner and returned it the next morning.
I did buy my car from their dealership, not sure if that matters or not.

No loaners for factory-scheduled maintenance, or oil changes on your own dime? I'm confused.

Park Ave won't give a loaner for a simple oil service--- other maint. over 1.5 hrs then yes...

Prestige hates giving loaners as well. They will only give you a loaner if they have to code something and its going to take hours. Ive sat for 2 hours before waiting for service.

My dealer here in PA will give loaner for oil change if I ask for it.

1st time I went thru this, I figured, hell it's only an oil change, & I declined loaner.

Live & learn - I waited 3+ hrs for that oil change Albeit it was in very comfy overstuffed leather couch, but I was made to watch woman's cooking shows on the TV

So I now get loaner for ANY service done
