Aftermarket headlight options

I'm looking to replace my stock halogen headlights with a pair of projectors. While OEM xenon would be ideal, they're just too expensive. I'm now considering aftermarket headlights but I'm wary that it's a decision I'll end up regretting.

A quick search on ebay turned up this set, which doesn't look half bad at first glance: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AFTERMARKET-...-/230985845706

Does anyone have experience with upgrading their stock halogen lights with something similar or suggestions about some other options I can pursue?

It is your option but this is junk. You will have nothing but problems. On an 07 the footwell module is very finicky and error codes will pop up and other weird things will happen.

If you can't get OEM, I'd say the next best thing would be depos... but the ones you found on ebay.......just don't hah

Same with me everyone says depos or oem halogen and put leds in them but someone I know has Spyder headlights (something like those ) for 2 years no problems I was in front of him and projector are bright really bright so I'm thinking of getting something like these from protuning labs, doesn't look like a bad website another person bought them and one side didn't work so they sent 2 new ones keep it clean and probably reseal them on top of factory sealing should b good I'm probably going to do that

I bought these lights except not the chrome ones. I did a retro fit on them but they were surprisingly pretty good quality housing idk how the projectors are on them because I retrofit mine but I did hook them up before I did them the halos weren't to bad and I didn't have any codes on my 08 xi

Check my threads I have some pictures and stuff of my retrofit. It was a pain in the ass but I'm very happy with the outcome and it didn't break the bank.
