Merc E63 AMG Estate Buying Advice

Mate of mine is looking to buy a Merc E63 AMG Estate as a fun car that will take his dogs.

Does anyone have any buying advice or things to look out for? Rear tyres i guess would be one thing!

Thanks in advance

Something to look out for would be all the Shell / BP etc filling stations

Other than that they must be great cars !!

Generally very strong though parts are expensive e.g. over a grand for front brakes so make sure you know what will be due soon. Eats rears and drinks petrol as you would expect. Can pull left particularly on 19" wheels. Usual advice about checking all the gizmos and service history. If it has an LSD check the oil has been changed at the right intervals an where its been serviced. Merc have AMG specialist dealers.
