my e90 work in progress (pic heavy)

so thought i would post pics of my car so far, I know it needs a bloody good clean .
I still have loads to do to it

so first thing was strut brace

then scopes, along with tinted headlights which I have removed for winter

then csl type spoiler

then light up gear knob

then test fit of new 19" staggered wheels , just waiting for some rubber for them :-(

then re wrapped trim in leather effect

and front splitters added , these where wrapped but look shit so will be taken off and either painted or carbon dipped

its also had a straight through exhaust fitted with no boxes, which is very hard to keep clean!

Sorry but I can't see any wheels making those tow things look good, if it was a stripped out and stickered up track car than they would suit it

Get rid of the tow strap/eye. Get rid of the awful tint on the headlights.

In fact, just return it to normal, get those wheels on and lower it a touch. Lovely. Less is more...

Certainly not one mod is for me inc the wheels style. The straps are terribly. Also the wrap on the front bumper lips need redoing.

Other that that its nice as a stock car. Spoiler is pretty nice though although never been sure on the wierd join line on the stick on csl ones. A full boot would do the look wonders.

Bit harsh guys.

Red air guides look bit a bit odd, tow strap looks crap as does rear one its just the colour and they look 'stuck' on crap mate.

Spoiler and leather wrap looks good.

Why not focus your money on making it look cleaner? like buy a new door handle since the oem leather is coming off? new car mats as the oem looks worn. loose the fake carbon wrap as it looks so tacky, loose the sun stripe.. give the interior a good clean, the paint work a nice polish.

A 4 cylinder 320i track car?

I think maybe we're coming across harsh. Its more active critsizm. I think you should remove everything inc the strut brace and start again.

An e90 can look awsome. Like mentioned before. Get the car to a good standard then m9d from there.

Its not my cup of tea but im also not prepared to tell you to do what you want with your car. Ignore what people say or think, if your happy then thats all that matters. If you really want other opinions to help forge future mods then definately look towards the oem or euro look.

There is nothing wrong with having a 4 cylinder 2.0 track car.
