Mod Bargains? Try Somewhere Else.

I have never had to work so hard in my life to give a company my business, let alone approximately four thousand dollars worth.

After e-mailing one sales associate directly and receiving no response, I went to their facility in person to discuss what I was planning to do in the coming months. I spoke with a different sales associate and was promised an e-mail containing a quote for the rims and bumpers I wanted. I did not receive anything. I then e-mailed their sales page directly to state my dilemma and lack of response. The original salesman I emailed returned my message and provided some information and asked which spoiler I wanted in order to complete the quote I requested. I responded the next day and have yet to receive the quote after about a week and a half. I forwarded my message to the sales page and the salesman again and still have an empty inbox.

If you are looking for a place to spend your hard earned money, I would look somewhere else. Having grown up and worked in customer service I have an understanding that mistakes happen and some customers get overlooked on accident, but having to hound a business to get a response is a big red flag.

Anyone know of any similar businesses in the OC/IE area?

Probably why they're banned here.

I did not know they were banned. I originally learned about them from this forum.

They got back to me after this post went up so I guess you need to leave a complaint to get service.

Just an FYI for anyone following in my footsteps.

yeah apparently they got banned a while ago for some credit card fraud or something. Nonetheless their lack of communication has been well documented on here

My experience have been great with them since last 4 years.
I don't know about emails, but I did all transactions on phone. The guys have good knowledge of the products. Yest I ordered a steering wheel on phone, they did price match, provided answer to my questions and I was happy about it.
I have so far all positive feedback and I live in east coast.

They were banned here because their servers were hacked and a possibility (or confirmation) of data being stolen.

If that's the case - shouldn't NASCAR ban HomeDepot as a sponsor?

I have no invested interest in either sites/companies/etc but I do feel the need to say I've had nothing but exceptional service from them.

I purchased a mtech rear bumper from them last month and had no problems with the product or their service.

**********s went for sh*t a couple years ago, I tried to order roughly $5k worth of parts and same as OP, it took 5 emails and 3 phone calls before they would even give me a proper quote.

I dealt with them recently for a couple items--while there was a glitch in the shipping they made it right. I worked with Blake.

I just dealt with them and they were nothing short of awesome. Price matched a front lip and even let me pay through PayPal.
