Spare tire cover, how

I replaced run flat tires with non run flats for better performance and bought a donut spare for peace of mind. There is no pocket in my e90 sedans trunk, so it is just resting on top. I am looking for a good solution of a clean cover for the tire so i can put items in my trunk on top of the tire without having the odd shape of the tire roughing up those items. Basically i imagine a smooth cover for the tire which i could cover w a dark felt so that my trunk is more like a trunk again, thats my brainstormed solution. Was thinking possibly thermoform as a way to make the cover. What other ideas do you have? Ideally the solution would be less than $200. It could be a custom job via home depot or something I buy (if such a thing exists).
