New E90 owner

Hey guys, first of all I just picked up a 06 325i yesterday and I already have a few questions.

First of all, what is a LCI(?) and difference between the pre-face lift E90's? Is that what my car is? I'm already looking for a new bumper and I want to make sure I get the right thing.

Hi and welcome!

First of all we need pics. Lol

Secondly LCI is just the face lift. I think it's basically just a new hood, and different tail lights. Yours is pre LCI, just like mine.

So welcome to the forum and enjoy all the knowledge you'll learn from everyone on here. You will find alot of people on here very helpful, but just like everywhere else you're goin to have your few bad apples ;-)

LCI means life-cycle-impulse, which is car speak for "facelift."
For the 3-series, LCI on E90-91 was in November 2009, and for the E92-93, March 2010.
This is a popular question, so for questions I recommend searching the forums first.

It was earlier than that. My May 2009 build is a LCI. I thought that LCI builds for E90's started early 2009.
