Which coils to buy: BMW OEM or Bosch.

I had a coil die today and I plan on buying 6 new coils. My coils made it to 44k.

Is there a difference between the Bosch branded coils vs. the OEM BMW coils. The Bosch coil is about $10 cheaper than the BMW OEM coil.

Thanks

It's the same coil only difference is that the OEM one has BMW written on it. OEM coils are made by Bosch.

Have him name the plant where BMW manufactures their coils.. This will be hard to do since they are made by Bosch. Most of the components in a BMW are made by Bosch and Siemens.

I did Bosch about 60,000 ago. No difference at all.
