Anyone with the ESS tune run E85?

Title says it all.

Anyone with the ESS Stage 2 tune run E85?

How do you like it?

It will make no difference. E85 does nothing unless you tune to use the extra octane.

I was told me tune would adjust to race gas (100 octane), so perhaps it would adjust for e85 too?

It can't adapt to race gas, that would be an even bigger waste than e85 as it cost twice as much. No flash tune will "auto" adapt or switch to a race map. If you put in 100 octane you'll be running on the same 91 octane maps with the same timing and boost limits. At best either fuel could fix some timing corrections (that shouldn't be there if running and tuned correctly). Why would they offer a stage 1, 2 and custom tuning if their tune could do that?

I ran with E85 in my tank , maybe around E50 or E30 , just one tank.
I would say its some difference , but not as much as a dedicated tune for higher octane.

I ran with the Shell 100 octane fuel , ron 95 I think , and also then , car had more power.

I now gave up ESS tune and went with Cobb AP , tried many OTS maps from them , the E30 OTS map they had was just insane , not even close to what the ESS stage 2 delivered. But the ESS stage 2 was maxed out at 13-14 PSI , the E30 OTS maxed at 19-20 PSI.
