Warning Light : CC-ID 164

So I've changed my fogs, angels and cornering lights, all with the correct wattage bulbs; 35W for angels and fogs and 55W for corners.

Of course, I get a warning light. It happened after installation my corners, which I am pretty sure is the culprit. Is there a correct way to connect them? I noticed the brass connectors were not the same on each side (one side was crimped the other was flat). Does CC-ID 164 correspond to the cornering lights?

The corners are MTEC superwhites. The box says 55W---->100W (I don't know if this means they are 55W or 100W)

BTW; I also noticed that the headlights don't adjust to the left side of the car when I turn the wheel left. When I turn the wheel to the right, they move to the right. Is this normal?

adaptive headlights do not swivel to the left unless the car is moving.

I have been looking for a guide to find all the service codes with no luck. I have stumbled upon 164 and I believe it is low washer fluid..
