There's no crazy timing spike. I don't know where that term originated. It will naturally go up mid-shift and then come down as you come on to boost. The bog is the only thing that should be addressed.

Just shoot me the log files and I can look at things a bit deeper.

customer service sucks?
I think not, unless you ask stupid questions which are answered on the forums already.
Legit issues, I find that Shiv is there to help in a timely manor.

Willing to bet my ass this is a ecu software issue. There has GOT to be some sort of load cap this car is limited to.

It is definitely something new. I looked at his DME boost target and DME boost actual logs. And dme actual was consistenly lower than dme target throughout the shift (as it should be). So the bog is caused by something else and not the boost control system. It should be easy to figure out and solve. We'll be doing a little process of elimination to find the cause. Once figured out, we'll add it to the firmware for anyone else who would ever come across this condition. And right now, i think that is only him. My interest is piqued....

If you don't know what it is, then you don't have it.

I think my can dmw throttle is lagging a bit behind the applied throttle but I don't know if it's enough to be considered as bog.
Here are two datalogs from today (had some traction issues too).

Questions:
-Does air temp affect the aggression level, or is it just the UT & IC?
-Whats the formula for debug byte 6?
-In the future, will we have an input to just set "debug byte 6" to 2 or 3 and let the Procede do the adjustable settings for us?

Trust me, if you had bog, your car would feel like you hit a wall for literally a whole second and then pick back up.

I have an issue similar to that at 1st gear redline with stg 2 on the v4 beta feb maps occasionally. I'm an auto. Would that be considered bog or another issue?

I had it too on the 2-23 maps stage 2. My car is a automatic. When going WOT in 1st gear and shifting to 2nd , i almost smacked my face at the steering wheel , the car just looses all power , throws it in 2nd and then bang , releases the power again. This was also noticable from 2nd to 3rd.

First i thought it was me , and that i let of throtlle during the shift. But then i tried it various times and made sure i got my foot pinned to the metal.

With the 4-15maps i did not experience this problem yet. My shifts are alot smoother now.
