Whenever I go at a certain angle over steeper driveways, I hear this grinding noise coming from the rear wheel well. It also squeaks a bit when going over a large bump on the road. I've searched around the forums and it seems to be a problem with the bushings.. anyone else had this problem here?

Also, if I bring it into the dealership, either Auto West or Brian Jessel, do you think they would replace the bushings under warranty if i have kw v1 installed? (kw v1 uses oem bushings)

Any input would be appreciated!

Is anything rubbing in the back? Do you have aftermarket wheels?

i do have after market wheels, and i recently have installed 20mm spacers, but I haven't heard anything rubbing in the back. There is still about a finger and a half gap between the fender and the wheel.

Did the noise coincide with the spacer install? I am not sure of what your wheel offsets are but with standard offsets a 20mm spacer is pretty aggressive and I would be very surprised it didn't rub (assuming standard offset).

I am actually just taking off to Vancouver so it will be a few hours before I can reply again

my rear wheels are 8.5" +35 offset, so the 20mm just brings it to +10, just flush with the fender. But come to think of it, I did start hearing the noise a day or two after the install...but it doesnt sound like a rubbing noise at all. More like a metal grinding sound.

However, I'll double check the spacers tonight.

before I install KW, the mechanic told me my bushing has worn,
so I called to make sure, and it was covered but they told me not to install aftermarket suspension so, I delayed my KW installation. the bushing was replaced under warranty and I installed KW after.
But, you never know, go show them.
