Question regarding rattling

Hi, guys,

I recently noticed that my car rattles when I lift off the throttle. Here's a short vid I took today:

I contacted Rob, he answered super fast: "Yes sounds like wastegate rattle. This can happen when one or both actuators positioning is not proper and vibrate on the seat of the housing in situations of light contact. Usually this is due to software setting or supporting vacuum system issue."
So, there could be two issues.

1) Software settings
Here's a printscreen of my Vishnu user adjustable parameters:

7-29 V5 maps for upgraded turbos.

Could it be software settings?

2) Vacuum system. I haven't gotten any codes, car runs quite strong, boost is ok, though...

How do I check vacuum system? Should I bring the car to dealer servise?

And is it safe to drive like this? I don't know how long I've been driving like this before I noticed it...

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

It's not gonna do harm to drive around like that but i imagine it could get annoying after a while. I dont have suggestions for fixes. I figure ill cross that bridge when I get there. Someone with more experience will probably chime in soon.

Guys, I think it's software related. I tried switching to Map 0 today and rattle disappeared. Right after I switch to Map 1 or 2, rattle comes back. What should I do?

It is safe to drive like that, just a bit annoying... I have some wastegate rattle myself, but it is not annoying enough for me to adjust the wastegate position... I prefer better throttle tip in...

What you could do is adjust the wastegate position so that when you are off the gas the wastegates remain a bit more open and do not rattle as much.

where did you get your RBs?!

How do I adjust the westgate position? Mechanicaly or with software?
I bought RBs directly from Rob.

Can't watch the video at work, but you may want to check the C-Clips if possible. I recently replaced my turbos and when I pulled one of them out, I noticed a C-clip holding the arm to the flap was missing. I doubt any adjustment will fix a rattle if a clip is missing. Don't know if it's the issue, but another thing to check.

You're running Procede ... you can adjust in the "User Adjustable Settings"... The manual has a section on this, you adjust it incrementally until the rattle goes away, you want the value as close to default as possible for the best throttle tip in

Thanks. Adjusted to 90% and rattling is gone. Didn't try to adjust it incrementally, though... Should I? The default setting was 50%, but on earlier maps it was always 90%.

If it does not rattle with the setting at 90%, leave it. You want the value as close to 90% as possible.

I thought the waste gate rattle issue was resolved with the RB turbos?

I have rattle on acceleration until it hits like 5lb of boost it goes away.

I have the rob neck turbos as well.

Any insight on that?
