Rim Job-

Alright, here's the deal; Im looking to purchase some new Rims and Tires for my 2008 BMW 328i Sedan.

I am currently running on all stock rims and tires.

I was looking to get something a bit bigger in size, i was thinking to go for maybe some 19" rims with some wider low profile tires.

I will not be droping my car anytime soon, so i need something which works on the factory ride height.

I know nothing about the tire width, or the off set... all that crap, what i do know, is that my vehicle set up is all stock.

please help me in making the right chioce for my new set up.

as far as the type of rims which i'd like have on my car:

http://www.msrwheels.com/auto_car_wheels.cfm?id=411

--other thabn those i was thinking about some of the old M3 rims.

please let me know if they will work, of not, then please provide your own thoughts on what types of rim and tire combo should i do on my 328i.

-- thanks

heres a pic of the rims i have:

265 in the rear, 235 in the front...get 8.5 width in the front, 9.5 in the rear in 19's

as far as wheels there are 5000 different types on here

http://www.velocitymotoring.com/index.php

best wheels for the money IMO^^ you can get a set for 1000 and 1600 for wheels and tires

Welcome to the forum! (we need new comedians here)

You may also want to join BMWCCA club. The Houston chapter is good, and generally has activities going on about every month.

Be careful....you get what you pay for. I deviated from BBS and tried some AT Italias....bent 5 of them under normal driving conditions. Size is right. 235/35/19, 265/30/19 give original rolling circumference. 275 will not.
