So a small update, picked up my front lip today at Schmiedmann here in Sweden, looks great. Since it's not treated i've started to dip it, probably will finish it tomorrow. I'll make sure to post a new better picture then. (The finish is OK off the shelf though, but hey it'll look a bit better with some matte dip)

Probably gonna mount it on monday.

A few more mods done slowly but steady it's getting better.

Wanted to dip a few things here and there

Redipped the new front lip beacuse it peeled off a bit during the fitment and it also had a rough edge in the front which I wanted to grind down a bit.

Huuge improvement in my opinion

From the side, with the newly black dipped chromestrips, in bad need of new rims and some coils for next season no use to get it now though because we have snow from november/december until like mars.

Tell me what you think guys

I think it looks really nice... the guy who called it "cheap" has a bmw starting with a 1 so you can ignore him anyway. Nice job Sweden. The hard work looks great and clean.

Thanks man! I agree with you, I think it looks more clean without the crome rather than cheap, and hey, it's dip so I can just remove it in a second if I wanted to.

lol what?

He has an n55 BMW with a 6MT thats fast and lighter than your 335.

I agree with him that the matte looks cheap on the e90+ bmws. it was good for the e30/36/46 crowd but gloss black hands down over matte any day.

I dont't think it looks cheap really, but I agree with you that gloss black looks better, unfortunately dip always gets a matte finish, but I still think it looks way more clean than the chrome trim, especially the kidney grill i replaced, I think chrome plastic parts looks cheap if anything actually.

I get what you are saying mate, but in my opinion the m-stripes in the kidney grill is the only thing that is "OK" in a non M-car. But you don't have to agree with me of course. M-fenders, quad exhaust and all that is a big nono for me though, because then it's more like you are trying to fool people that you have an m3.

Some stripes is harmless I think. I might replace them with German flag colors instead though, or i'll just remove them when I want a more clean look, we'll se : )

And thanks!
