450$ is well worth it. The iPad 2 isn't much different. In fact getting one would b dumb. It doesn't have the retina display

Retina display doesn't matter, but I'd wait for the iPad 3 for sure although iPad 2 is a good update, lighter faster and comes in WHITE lol

I'm waiting for tomorrow apple to announce back to school promotion if rumors are true buying me another iMac 27inch will get me $200 off an iPad 2

you might want to adjust your price. att is unloading the ipad 1st gen 64gb 3g for like $430 and verizon is unloading the 1st gen ipad 64gb wifi for $399.
