Seat Bolster wear?

Guys, do you think there is any chance that BMW would replace seats under warranty. My driver side bolster is already showing a decent bit of wear at 40k miles. I wasn't sure if I can try to get a new seat under warranty. Thoughts?

Generally they will do it year one and then not after that, but never hurts to ask them when you are in there, especially if it is worn more than what would be considered normal!

I had slight wear on my seats and they fixed it up for free.

Sounds good guys. I mean they replaced my steering wheel trim and door handle trim when it was peeling. Didn't give me any problems. I'll try for the seat next time it's in the shop. I just wanted to ask and not think I was out of my mind by doing so..
