Is it worth while changing these mubber mounts that hold the stabiliser bar in place?

I am doing my front control arms and new shocks inc new brake pads and discs after experiencing horribl steering wheel wobble when braking.

I also got the terrible clunking noise when going from Drive to Reverse...

Has anyone changed these rubber mounts...Is it worthwhile?

Worth doing it right? This area i heard can bind on lowered cars and cause bushs to wear prematurely...?
