According to NCSDummy's translations the allowed data is any duration in the unit of 1/10 second. In Hexadecimal 0A is the equivalent of the decimal 10. This means putting 0A in for the value you're setting 10/10 or 1 seconds of delay before action. Windows Calculator in Programmer mode is very useful for converting hex to dec (see attachment). There are several other fields that accept custom "werts". Some are less dangerous than others to play around with. |

so the default value 0F means 1.5 seconds and if somebody woulds like to hold the button 2.5 seconds, the value is 19 Last edited by dolu57; 02-12-2013 at 11:33 AM.. |

Hi, thank you for sharing that. I did the mirror fold and it's doing my head in having to hold the button
A suggestion would be for the windows to go up automatically too instead of holding lock.... Hmmm. Could anyone doing this code to their car please take some time to try the suggestion in my thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=795919 It explains the comparing of your 'daten' files with a before and after snapshot using a text compare tool. I have no idea why anyone would even code it to value 19 of. 2.5 seconds. I guess it for those that like to touch they cars Alot! Lol. 0A is IMO the perfect setting. For the F-series the coding is slightly different and 00 works exactly like 0A for the E series. Weird but its true

Very nice!
Tried it today and it worked perfectly. I also put the 0A value. Like in the winter, you won't fold it (every time) when the car's outside... If the water in the mirror got frozen... |

There you got a download link and you got a .PDF tutorial. If you're using NCS Dummy you still need to have NCS Expert. NCS Dummy is only a program to adjust a file. You can't read/send it to the car with that car. Therefore you need NCS Expert. Good luck . Last edited by Spasta; 05-26-2013 at 02:09 PM.. |

I have a Early 08 e92 coupé....I also have ridges on the top of my door handle but thought nothing of them until ur post. These ridges don't do anything code less so I'm very interested as I would love this function. So, 1) can I apply this to my car, as when I hold the middle BMW button (I have comfort access FYI) to lock the car the mirrors don't fold, the car just shuts....with the light on the door handle etc etc. 2) what do I need to input this code? And will it work on my model? 3) I get the Flashing lights upon open n close but no beep like in ur vid....how'd u get the beep sound or is mine broken lol Thank u in adv BB

NFRM module: ASP_KOMFORT_EINKLAPP (with FOB and CA) aktiv CAS module: KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG_FB aktiv 2. Will work. 3. For BEEP you need Alarm installed in your car. |
