2012 328 coupe vs 2012 328 sedan
Hi guys, I'm new to the 3 series forum. I am returning the lease on my 128i for a 328i.. but I don't know whether to get the 2012 coupe or the new 2012 sedan.
The coupe would be with the m-package. I am not a fan of the 3 series sedans but the inside of the new ones is extremely nice... what would you choose |

Personally, I'd go with the new sedan. The 2 liter turbo is faster, super efficient (36mpg matches my 335d!), and will be tuneable. The new car has really grown on me too.
This car with a 6 speed manual would be pretty sweet too. Just my $0.02. With $4 gas around the corner too, something to keep in mind. |

Does the 328i have the sport package, at least?
If not I would go for the coupe. It's not the latest generation but after owning a sport package BMW, I would not want to give up the seats/shifter/steering wheel that come with sport/M sport...

What difference does it make what we want? Dumb question. What's the criteria? Have kids? A dog? A wife? A husband? Two wives and a husband? It all depends...

The OP mentioned "new 2012 sedan", obviously referring to the 2013 F30. The F32 coupe won't be available for another year, so it depends on whether you want an NA 6-cylinder or Turbo 4-cylinder in your 328, no matter whether it's a coupe or sedan.

It all depends on what you want\need!! Personally if I had that choice, I'd go for the F30 but wait for the M Sport Package to be available. Should be in July 2012.
