I'd be more than happy to host the dyno day! Our dyno is the same as the one Shiv usually uses in NorCal at Modacar (we just have two of them = AWD). What's up Charlie? Bring your car by man, I want to check out the Sedan vs. Coupe on the lift!! I'd like to get an Xede on my new 335 coupe anyway . http://www.harmanmotive.com Best Regards, Dan Last edited by DanHarman; 01-03-2007 at 03:58 AM.. |

I've updated the initial post on this thread with some alterations/additions. In a more thorough update, this is whats going on:
1) The days formely known as "Tuning Days" has now become a tuning weekend. With the minimal amount of people able to attend the Monday Tune, I've changed the tuning event to Saturday and Sunday (Feb 10th, and 11th). In the instance where more people would like to be involved in this tune, they will spill over to a third tuning day which would most likely be Friday or Monday -With those people already confirmed for Saturday or Sunday tuning remaining in their spots(8 cars each day MAX). 2) Everyones contact info (except Kujo, Socalsponger) has been forwarded to Shiv. You should await contact from him or his personnel regarding the ordering process to fine tune (no pun intended) the details of your transactions. Most likely, like I stated previously, it will go down as a 20% of the cost up front (or when you order the Xede) and the remaining balance to be paid a few days before the event. 3) If you haven't noticed, Dan from Harman Automotive will be hosting the event/dyno. To prevent anyone from not being to find Dans shop here is a link to some useful information and maps on his website http://www.harmanmotive.com/contact.html , as you can see hrs of operations are for Sat/Sun are NULL considering they are normally closed on these days. This, along with some other factors revolving around time needed to tune each car, we are working out a time frame for the day of the tune. I'm sure I've missed something, please post your questions, comments, concerns, or criticizisms here.

Awesome, this sounds like its going to be a great event!
I've confirmed our schedule and we are ready to roll on Feb 10th-11th. If a third day is needed, it will have to be Friday the 9th - we are booked Monday the 12th. Shiv, I need to know about how long each car will be on the dyno. Will you need AFR and/or boost? How about race gas (we have a lot). Will there be a need for installation (Xede or other) during the dyno days? Once I've got the time situation figured, I'll post some finalized pricing and payment information. And the most important question: Will I have my Xede before the event? Best Regards, Dan |
