Up for sale is our 2004 330ci Convertible in Silver Grey Metallic over Grey leather. This is a car you do not want to miss. In the 15,000 miles I've driven it, it has been a very reliable car. It burns zero oil between changes, which is very rare for an M54 powered BMW. It has also had no paint work as verified by a dealer's paint gauge. This car is the highly desirable facelift model with adaptive cornering xenon headlights, LED tail lights and side-markers, and a six speed manual transmission.

In the past 15k miles, it has gotten:

- New BMW DISA, newer style
- New OEM Thermostat and coolant flush
- New fuel pump, fuel pump relay and fuel filter
- New Lemforder FCABs, and OEM front sway bar bushings.
- "New" used ZHP struts in perfect working shape with BMW Strut tower reinforcement plates
- Tune up including spark plugs, air filter, and injector treatment.
- New OEM BMW Windshield (Pilkington, made in Germany) with BMW Windshield gasket
- BMW evolution wiper blades
- New BMW floor mats in black
- BMW Convertible top sealant and protectant
- E92 Style 197 Wheels with Bridgestone RE760s (plenty of tread life remaining) in a 255/35/18 rear, 225/40/18 front staggered setup, which are stock tire sizes for cars like the ZHP which came with 18s.

This is truly a turn key, no issues car. The transmission is smooth, the clutch engages reassuringly and the motor truly screams. If you are looking for an E46 convertible, your search need go no further.

The main issue with the car is a ding on the very lower portion of the passenger fender, shown in pictures. This could probably be fixed via PDR, but I have not gotten around to it. The car was washed and waxed regularly, and shows very well. It does have minor rock chips and a couple of dings and small blemishes, but it's in excellent shape for its age and mileage. The car is only being sold because I have too many.

GReat car man. I have my E92 up for sale. IF my car was already sold I would have definitely been interested. Can't go wrong with an E46!!
