I had the Performance intake (not Euro version) and I did not notice any differnce in performance or sound. It did look great with the hood open. With the price the OP is asking I am surprised it did not sell on the first day. Someone take this off the OP's hands.
GLWS OP!

Actually more air on a NA vehicle can hurt it you are sucking in too much air without of any type of forced induction.
On the Euro intake it should NOT be an issue as it is still a closed intake. If you are using one of those open system ram intakes this can have an effect on low end torque. With the Euro/US Performance Intake you should not hear any difference in sound as the intake as noted above is closed. On the open RAM type intake all you hear is noise as there is no closed box and at the same time all the back pressure is gone thus eliminating some of your low end torque. To compensate for this loss you will need some type of forced induction.
