No I'll go back to the same dealership. Either way the contract says nothing about me paying for the rental.

Just because I got a loaner for a recall doesn't mean I thought I could drive it for 6 months. I haven't met a single person that is willing to keep their BMW parked for 6 months on a damn battery charger. That's ridiculous. Driving it once a week isn't bad but miles added up.
I hear you, I have some fans on the OT forum that want me banned for my titles....

I need to move my car, I think it's been at least 2+ weeks...I almost hate to start it if it's not going to fully warm up. Might let it idle, then just drive 5 miles or something...

Kinda like Sasquatch.
We have to go back every 30 days? They didn't tell me that

I was told the reason is that BMWNA is getting billed monthly....

Now on a "normal" rental, in your own interests, you do not want to go over 30 days, you want to rewrite the contract. Because in a normal rental your own insurance is covering the rental, and if it's more than 30 days, it's no longer a temporary use auto. This includes loaners.

But with the Enterprise BMWs, BMWNA is covering the CDW. 2 mos. in a row Enterprise called me asking that I stop by to redo the paperwork. It's reminds me of when I was on parole...

I called them and asked and they told me that I don't have to come in, just to call them and give them the mileage. Hmm

I think you are ok, because there isn't any expiration? On my month 2, they didn't even document the mileage, so as mo. 3 began, it really reflects from the start through 2 complete months. Seems like with anything else, people are fudging things to make it easy upon themselves. Hopefully it doesn't harm the customer.

I asked how come my contract states NO OTHER DRIVERS, and I was told 2X my wife can drive?

He showed me the clause on the form which says spouses, domestic partners, can drive with the renter's permission.

I just know when I asked why I need to come back every month (since they are paying the CDW), I was told BMWNA prefers to be billed monthly....
