bmw coding

Is there anyone in the west london area that can code a few things to my car?
If so can you let me know

Would like to get a few things such as:

alarm chirp
panic alarm
disable error codes for bulbs
digital speedo
fold/open mirrors on lock/unlock

and maybe a few more things

also what are the other common things people get coded?

Thanks

Allow me to jump on this bandwagon in the West London area too!

I want:

Chirp on lock/unlock
Mirror folding on pressing & holding lock button
Panic Alarm
Digital speedo

And anything else handy that I'm not aware of yet!

Come on guys is there nobody in West London with these capabilities (I'm actually in Slough if that helps)!!

I'd be very careful with coding your cars, one false move and you could brick your car!

Don't know about the BMW software but with vagcom a quick screen grab ensures you can put back anything you break.

Yh was having a look through the tutorials. You make a backup before you start.
So there shouldnt be any problems

Was hoping to find someone local though who could do it.

ive coded my car and i find that as long as you stick to the steps....everything goes nicely....no one has yet bricked their car from coding on any of the sites ive trawled through looking for information as well...this is because you intially save a backup of your cars files and if you ever get into any problems, just revert to those.

i activated the folding wing mirrors via the fob on mine.

Call bw chiptune.

Jason, the owner, is an expert - and can code in pretty much anything.

I happen to know he's away until the 8th july though But if you speak to his Son Dominic, he knows his stuff too.

They are just based in Hounslow.

I just bought a cable etc.

No time to do anything for a couple of weeks.

But if I master it, I'll let you guys know.

The street prices seem high for what is involved.

I'm sure we can do a deal or at least 'rent' a cable.

Let us know how it goes Steve, could be quite useful

Although I'm more after a software update for my radio really- got a shitty mini diesel at the moment (courtesy car) but the one good thing is that the radio displays how many signal bars my phone has got for the bluetooth.....much better than the plain icon on my 3er.
