March lease rates

Searched without finding much...

Anyone have any inside info or insight into March lease rates? February base rate on a 335 coupe is .00245 for up to 36 months. Considering January sales were horrendous (year on year and from previous month), can we expect a big drop in MF come March? Does BMWFS usually drop rates in response to sales, or is there no correlation? Sorry, haven't been following this long enough to be able to even venture a guess...

Thanks in advance!

shouldn't you be worry about the residual as well??? As the 08's get older,
the residual can lessen... Hopefully the drop in mf, if it does drop, will offset the residual, if the residual does drop.

Anyone notice that the lease offer on bmwusa is now $539/mo.
Wasn't it $559 last month???

Also, looks like the residual is based on 62% for 10,000 miles. Last month
it was 61% on 10,000 miles..

I've been seeing a whole lot of .0023 base rate... And my calculation
from the lease offer on bmwusa is a 62% residual on 10,000 miles.
Only my guess...
