I hook up my iPhone to my macbook and extract the photos to my desktop using image capture which comes with the mac. Than I drag the photos onto a word doc and save the image as a picture and it works all the time. Give it a try and let me know.

I have a photobucket account that i can send my photos directly to. Then it emails me the direct image link

You shouldn't need to drag them onto a word doc & re-save at all. The image files are saved (by default, in your "pictures" folder) when you import them using image capture.

i just email myself the photo and then open it on my computer. too lazy to connect wires or sync via wifi
