yes, each wheel has a different serial number.

For most wheel manufacturers the serial number is on the barrel, inside the tire. You won't be able to see it if you have tires mounted

+1, and it is also written on the paper you got in one of your boxes(if you bought them new)

no do not take off the tire.... it says on the inside of the wheel... usually behind where the little bolts are...
