How can I fix this...

So it is hard to see...but there is a white line between the wood trim and the grey plastic, above the 60 degrees indicator, as if someone used their fingernail to scrape off the grey

How can i fix this?

If it is in fact a scratch you can fix it. Sand it down with 3000 grit then with 4000 grit. Polish with a fine cut polish to reveal the gloss. Cheaper than buying new piece
