Nice exhaust tips - what are they?

How does the car drive on the Vredesteins? Is there more grip?
I'm thinking of those after mine wear out.

Bit harsh Acer but know what you mean.

I'd put the price to the absolute rock bottom on AutoTrader, and I mean rock bottom (i.e. about £500 above trade-in figures) and you will sell. I did this with my E46 last year and it was snapped up within a couple of days. Don't pitch it too low that people think it's dodgy but a header saying 'must go before trade-in' shows a good reason for the low price. You'll then grab people's attention looking for 325/330i as the low price will tempt them too.

Totally agree with Roger, trade on that car is probably around 11k so I would pitch a bit above that and you will tempt someone.

bloody hell!!!! are you guys saying that the price should be around £11k instead of £14.5k? ....

Had a quick look on the bmw website....my god, 335i are losing so much value....I paid about £20k for mine, and I would never sell it for £14k or £11k.........but hey, never say never....

The market is quiet for all premium cars as we have seen quite a few diesels not shifting either.

As soon as everyone starts knocking off thousands to be the lowest then others and traders will be forced to adjust.

The OPs car has not been on sale for that long a time and the day a car as nice as that is only worth 11k that's the time to forget buying a new bmw.

It's the cheapest 335i on sale through BMW AUC.

So is retail what 1-2k more than what can be expected by private sale?
I would say 11k is too cheap, what is the glass book value?

Lovely car, glws.

If a BMW dealer are advertising at 13995 they will have bought in around 11 or less. They will have allowed about 1500 refurb costs and then put 20% overheads and profit on top. Would aim to negotiate down to 13500 approx.

Means my guess of 11 trade isn't far off and if dealers are selling AUC prepared and warranted cars for 13500 then a private sale needs to be about 1500 to 2000 less to tempt someone.

Never buy a car with any kind of resale in mind.

Unless it is a very good natured classic.
