Putting discussions of mustages and classy westies aside for a moment - fascinating though they are. SBS have posted a montage of the winner's video submissions. From what they show, I think they have chosen quite well:

Agreed, they seem like a decent bunch, i look forward to seeing the first episode and pray that they don't roll out an XR6, a HSV Senator and say a Mazda3 of some sort, as that'd kill it dead there and then.

the first ever episode should definitely be on the search for Australia's greatest driving road.
they dont HAVE to use supercars... but driver's cars nonetheless. that would definitely float my boat. |

Maybe .... but I would like to see the new FPV F6 being hammered around a track. 310Kw / 500+ Nm of torque all for A$60K is not bad specs for a family sedan.

Its seems that the guy with the mow was on Peking to Paris from what i saw, under the extreme pressure of driving these turn of the century vehicles through Russia, he was quite funny.Oh and my wife knows him and she said he would do quite well in the Top Gear program, though a bit geeky.
