Random cold start issue help

Over the last few weeks I have occasionally had a rough idle after car sat overnight with rpm's bouncing up and down. The car settles after a few seconds and throws a half engine light. If I turn the car off and start it again it fires up and runs fine. The car has 59k and the plugs were changed at 48k. HPFP was replaced in 2010 and the injector recall is done. Only mods are dci and jb4. I was running e30 but am only running 93 for the last week.

Codes are:

2AAF - fuel pump plausibility
29D2 - misfire cylinder 6
29DC - cylinder injection switch off

I plan on replacing the coil to see if that solves the misfire but assume the start up issue is something else. Any suggestions?

I have this same issue. Used to happen more frequently only on cold starts (sitting 8+ hours). Started happening maybe 2 times per week in summer, but never thew a code. I would always give it a quick rev after a few seconds and that would settle the idle. I uninstalled my tune to see if it would go away, but it still happened maybe 3 more times, but has not happened now for a few weeks in stock trim. Outdoor temps have come down. Not sure what was causing it.

Figured that would be it. With the new part numbers they need to be replace in sets of three (and coded) correct?
