Installed 19" style 313 - Weird problem

I searched but couldn't find any thread similar.

Last week I installed 19" style 313 wheels with 225/35R19 front and 255/30R19 rear Nokian ZLine (OEM size). The car is a manual 2011 328i xDrive.

When I shift into third gear, I feel the car vibrating and wanting to decelerate, as if there was a resistance in the drivetrain. The same thing happens when I'm in neutral at low speeds, the car decelerates harder than before. I had style 189 18" on for a few months before and I had no problem.

Could it be the transfer case going bad? Thank you very much!

Looks like you should still be within that 1% rolling diameter.

When you shift into 3rd and try to accelerate it vibrates or just shifting to 3rd?

It vibrates/hesitates while shifting to 3rd and it continues for a couple seconds when the gear engages. Then it disapears. It doesn't happen when I shift to other gears.

Both sets of wheels have OEM tire sizes. The front 19" tires are really worn out inside due to a bad alignment (previous owner), but that wouldn't explain the deceleration at very low speeds in neutral (as if the brakes were partially on).

Thank you for your help!

Update : I looked at the tires again and I found the problem: the rears are 255/35R19 instead of 255/30... Will it permanently damage the TC if I use the car for about 30 kilometers until I change the wheels on Monday?

I'm having a similar issue like this, however its affecting 1st-3rd. Does this vibration also happen during this scenario?:

While driving normally, 1st-2nd, accelerate a bit in 2nd, then put clutch in and do not change gear. Does this give you the same vibration you are feeling when shifting to 3rd?

Yesterday I switched back to my style 189 wheels. Before that, as soon as I pressed the clutch pedal, the car decelerated as if the brakes were on. But I didn't feel any vibration when shifting to other gears.
