JB+ 100% Solenoid bypass HELP*

Hey guys, I'm bringing my car in for service tomorrow and I just pulled out my JB+ @ 100% with solenoid bypass.. Do I need to undo the bypass to bring it in, or will I be ok?

Also, I did a fault code scan and got this:

CF35:

Messages from CAS don't exist
Error will not cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
Timeout

Don't know what it means.. anyone know?

Thanks...
