So wait OP, were you concerned about your tachometer, or your oil temp?

Looks pretty normal to me. My car does that when idling after I first start it in the AM. Not sure about after I've driven it cause I never watch that hard. Go enjoy that 78 degree weather!

At first glance dark knight saw that the needle is way past halfway. On my car half way is 250, thus it would be not normal. But on this car the gage is different.

It's normal. The engine's computer adjusts the idle, depending on the oil temp, outside temp, air & fuel intake, amount of unburned fuel in exhaust, etc etc. Don't worry, it's normal.

The oil temp is normal as well. I get about 230-245 degrees.

Enjoy your ride....and DON'T worry too much. If you get a red light on your dash, you should be worried.

What's funny is the OP never got an answer to his question
I blame myself for that. The issue he was asking about is on his RPMs- please watch the video guys
