From what I know, NCC is awaiting to hear from the VA folks about the 1st or 4th Thursday of each month (or any other day during the week that doesn't conflict with the other MD socials on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday). Also a venue has to be selected.

At the NCC Board mtg last night, the VA social is to be held on the 1st Thursday each month at the Kingstowne Chipotle. So, the 1st one would be on Sept 6th.

Its not on the NCC website yet, but I assume it will be soon (as will next week's social at Zodiac).

I can't believe I'm missing another NCC Tour. I'll be in CA this weekend.

I was looking forward to Spring's tour but it got rained out...hoping Fall tour will be the one.

Donny,

what do you think of making Chipotles first HH to make it a Meet Planning event open to Bimmeristas, so they can have a stake and a voice on how they like to craft their Fall Meet, Bcoz the NCC Pres and VP said its theirs to plan on however they like to do it. I think Pseto was right when he said the first Va one will be 6 Sep

and maybe if this first one has enough participation, the next one will be closer to their neighborhood.

I think chipotle is enough of a draw for most folks
