I have a set of Matte Black Forgestar f14 Super Deep Concave For Sale.
The Fronts Are 19x9 et 35
The Rears Are 19x10 et 28
They Come With Tires - 235/35/19 fronts, and 265/30/19 rears.
I will ship wheels and tires.

I don't think these are super deep concave, at least the front isn't. From what I've read to fit sdc up front you need a 9.5 with an offset around 18 to clear the brakes.
