E90 M3 Ipod Retrofit W/ Idrive And Cd Changer
Okay, I have searched all over these forums and the web but still have not been able to figure out how to install the factory I-Pod interface. I have seen several posts and even factory instructions for those without IDrive but nothing with. I ordered the MOST kit WITHOUT factory CD changer prewiring as directed by Evan at Tischer as he believes that I will be able to keep the CD changer and use the ipod interface as well. The problem I am having is where to find the wiring/plug to connect the ipod module. The port is for a 4+2 pin plug. The car is a 2009 E90 M3.
Any help you could lend would be greatly appreciated! |

http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16 I don't know if this will help buts its the only thread I have seen here. There also one on the cd changer in the same place. Also I think the only interface that allows you to keep the CD changer is some of the Denisons and I am not sure if those are compatible with e9x's I don't know why you would want to keep the CD changer if you had USB and ipod interfaces. |
