Rear Passenger Door - Won't Lock / Unlock Via Remote
I've got a (November) 2010 E90, and today, the rear passenger door has stopped operating via the key fob.
All other doors and the boot open via the key fob. Pulling the handle from inside will open the rear drivers side door, but I have to push the lock button down myself. Is this an easy fix that I can do myself, something need resetting? Or do I need to take into BMW? And if so, is it covered under warranty? Cheers |

It means you need a new lock motor in that door.

Sounds like the actuator.i had the same problem on front passenger door.bought an actuator from BMW and fitted it myself.i found a video on YouTube which showed me how it was done.much easier to see it being done rather than trying to follow instructions.its fiddly getting the old actuator out and new one in but the wiring for puddle lights were the main cause of this issue but if you don't have those it should be much easier.took me 2 hours to complete
