You can get an unlocked one on ebay for 150. I've been looking recently because my stupid HTC has stopped working so I'm on the look out for a phone and figure the iPhone seems to be better built with better support than nearly all the other shit i've tried.

My HTC also stopped working

But having had a 3Gs i think a 4 might be a better bet.

IOS 5 on a 3Gs is getting a little sluggish

I just sold mine to my buddy for 150, excellent condition, complete with TOMTOM and jailbroken etc etc. They go for anywhere from 100 - 200+ on ebay, but LOTS of time wasters.

Try and sell it private mate, better than messing around on ebay, mobile phones are notorious for dodgy dealings on fleabay.

iPhone 4s is a superb phone mate. It's worth getting for Siri alone.
